Guernsey is a wonderful getaway spot in the English Channel, and it celebrates Christmas is unique ways that attract many tourists from the UK, France, and beyond each Advent season.

The streets of Guernsey Island’s towns are lit up and full of Christmas shoppers this time of year. Many explore the island to find quaint little Christmas shops on Herm Island or to visit the Christmas market in Market Square at Saint Peter Port. Late-night shopping is popular here too, and shoppers are serenaded by Christmas carollers as they go from store to store.
